With over two decades experience conducting criminal investigations across policing and local government, Sarah has built a career defined by a relentless committment to public and environmental protection.
Her investigative background spans complex offences, multi-agency operations and high-risk decision-making, giving her a deep understanding of how to conduct complex investigations, build strong cases and deliver fair, proportionate outcomes.
Sarah has significant experience as an investigator and leader within the environmental sector, working closely with enforcement partners, regulators, intelligence specialists, and industry to disrupt and deter waste-crime offending. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration and professional curiosity, ensuring that teams are equipped to respond confidently to emerging threats and organised criminality.
She has been formally commended for her leadership, partnership working, and dediction to tackling organised waste crime.
