HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

Your information is securely stored in a cloud-based system which is password protected. 


We  keep your name, email address, telephone number and organisation  details for 12 months since the date of your last contact/enquiry with  us. We will then dispose your information by deleting your details from  our contact database.


WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

Your information may be shared with the following depending on the service or activity you have requested from us:


GoDaddy

This  data processor does the following activities for us: They are our  website and online booking platform. When you make a booking your name  and email address will be added to the booking platform. This ensures  that we are then able to send you joining instructions and additional  information relating to the service or training you have booked. 


Xero

This  data processor does the following activities for us: They are our  accountancy provider. We use Xero to raise invoices, confirm  payments and action debts. This information is used to ensure that we  are able to comply with our tax and VAT obligations.


Others we share information with

Organisations we’re legally obliged to share personal information with.


Sharing information outside the UK

Where  necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside  of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure  appropriate safeguards are in place.
